Your data is not automatically collected on this website. However, we do securely collect any personal information that you voluntarily submit through our enrolment form, including information about:

• Your name, address, and contact information (email, phone)
• The children whom you're enrolling, including details about their age, school, and relevant medical information you choose to provide
• Billing or purchase information (note that your payment details are NOT collected/processed by us – this information is handled by Stripe or POLi depending on your chosen payment method)

We collect this information in order to:

• Accurately process student enrolments submitted through our website, and sort them into suitable classes
• Contact you about your enrolments when necessary, and keep you updated about classes you've enrolled your children in
• Accurately record student attendance data as required by the Ministry of Education, and contact you about any issues related to attendance

Your data is NOT shared to third parties outside of Saturday Music. We keep your information secure at all times, and we keep it strictly internal. We only allow the Saturday Music administration team (director, operations manager, IT/Reception administrator, and treasurer) to access this information, and we only use it for activities directly related to Saturday Music’s operations.

Your information will never be shared amongst other Saturday Music students or their families. On occasion, your contact details may be forwarded to your child's music tutor in order for them to contact you directly with information about a class you're enrolled in. You have the right to opt out at any given time.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us using the details provided here.
