Welcome! To enrol your child for music lessons starting in Term 1 of 2027, please fill out this enrolment form. Note that a separate form must be filled out for each child and/or each instrument. Please double-check that your child is old enough for the class you've selected (or turns old enough before the end of Term 1).

The subscription fee is $150 per enrolment for the full year. Get a $10 'early bird' discount if you enrol before November 28.
